3.  Submitting an employment  application to the Schools Renovation General Department and completing the evaluation forms

4.  Announcing readiness of the contractor once each project is announced

5.  Inviting the contractor to participate in the tender.

6.  Concluding a contract with the contractor if the contractor triumphs in the tender.
