A.  Contact between with the provincial schools renovation department and the public participations section and the associations of benevolent school builders in the province.

B.  Cooperation in making and expanding the cooperation and participation culture in the field of school building.

C. Using various methods of construction of educational environments by paying attention to the following priorities:

•     Erection

•     Repair and rehabilitation

•     Preparing the educational facilities and equipment

•     Procurement of building materials as needed

D. Financial Contributions:

•     In Cash: Paying any sum of money into the account of Khorassan Schools Renovation Department

•     In Kind: Includes donating lands, houses, shares, stocks, jewelry, antiques, etc. which may be done in person or through documented obligations and undertakings which are allocating to building schools.
